Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit their manuscripts in English, not be less than 8 pages (Single column-Word) or 5 pages (Double columns-LaTex) using the paper format. All papers, including the ones for special sessions and workshops should adhere to the guidelines described here. Papers not respecting the formatting instructions or page limits may be rejected without review.
Papers must describe original and unpublished work on the topics of the conference. Submissions will be judged on suitability, originality, significance, correctness, validation, thoroughness, replicability, and clarity. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers in the field. Final versions of accepted papers must take into account reviewers comments.
Accepted papers must be presented orally or as posters, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified proxy. There will be no distinction in the proceedings between full papers presented orally and as posters.

For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but included in the conference program book.

Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.
