Registration Instructions

Registration Fee

Please make the registration after your full paper or abstract is accepted by the conference after peer-review. Registration of accepted paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper, other co-authors or accompanying person who want to attend the conference can register as the listener.

Definitions of the registration categories:
▪ Author: who has submitted full paper and will present orally or via a poster at the conference.
▪ Presenter: who has submitted an abstract and will present orally or via a poster at the conference.
▪ Listener: Attending the conference only, without presenting any research or abstract.

Article Processing Charge (ACM)2

Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Librar. The registration fee does not include APC, which is charged by ACM and paid by author individually.To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.

  • The 2026 price shall be implemented based on ACM's latest pricing standards. The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
  • 1. For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250.
  • 2. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175.
  • 3. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income countryand where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125.
  • 4. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a low-income country, no APC is required.

1 Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee. Please provide valid student proof.
2 The conference organizer will submit all the accepted and presented papers to ACM for review and publication. If those papers fails to pass the review of ACM or retrieval agencies, the conference organizer will not refund any fees. If authors need to pay the ACP, authors should pay the fee to ACM accordingly.
▪ The conference proceedings will be published online. Each A&l database makes its own editorial decision on what conten it will index. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database.
▪ Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves.
▪ For listener, you can complete the registration and payment via Online Registration Payment System by Card with VISA/MasterCard issued outside of China. Listener from China can contact conference secretary to get registration form.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.
