Welcome to RCVE 2026 | Tokyo, Japan
The 2026 4th International Conference on Robotics, Control and Vision Engineering (RCVE 2026) will be held in Tokyo, Japan from July 10-12, 2026. The conference is sponsored by Society of Advanced Science and Engineering, technical supported by The University of Hong Kong, Human Assistive Robotics Lab (Hosei University), American University of Europe-FON, Leuphana University, IBISC Lab (University Paris-Saclay), EIGSI-La Rochelle, International Islamic University Malaysia. RCVE 2026 has the objective of creating an international forum for academics, researchers and scientists from worldwide to discuss worldwide results and proposals regarding to the soundest issues related to Robotics, Control and Vision Engineering. This event will include the participation of renowned keynote speakers, oral presentations, poster presentations and technical sessions related to the topics dealt with in the Program.
RCVE 2026 welcomes researchers, engineers, scientists, and industry professionals to an open forum where advances in the field of robotics, control and vision engineering can be shared and examined.
Conference Proceedings
Call for Papers
RCVE 2026 is scheduled to include high-quality paper presentation sessions revealing the latest research findings, and to engage participants in interesting discussion sessions. Prospective authors (Scientists, academicians, researchers, decision makers…etc) are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts \ full papers. The RCVE organizing committee invites researchers worldwide to submit papers and share the valuable experiences with the scientists from the world. The topics can be found at CFP page (Link).
1. Paper Templates
All the submissions should be formatted according to the conference template.
Abstract Template *For presentation only without publication.
1) Abstracts must be submitted in English
2) Each author can only submit a maximum of two (2) abstracts.
Full Paper Word / Full Paper LaTeX *If you use Latex version, please use the "sigconf" proceedings template).
1) Submitted papers should be written in complete English and are required to have a minimum length of 8 pages (Single column-Word) or 5 pages (Double columns-LaTex)
2) Manuscripts must describe original and unpublished work on the topics of the conference.
The author should submit the manuscript for review before the due submission deadline. Please submit the manuscript via Submission System
